Vault Downloader for OnlyFans Creators ("the Extension", "Vault Downloader", "we", "us", or "our") helps OnlyFans creators browse, manage, and download content from their own OnlyFans vault. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, collect, process, use, and share when you use our website, purchase flow, backend services, and Chrome extension.

Information We Access, Collect, or Process

Website and purchase information

When you visit our website or purchase a license, we may collect information needed to provide the site, process purchases, issue licenses, provide support, and troubleshoot the service. This may include:

• the OnlyFans creator email address or other email address you provide during purchase or support;
• license purchase and license-status information;
• basic website usage or diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and similar technical data;
• payment-related transaction information provided by payment processors. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Extension and OnlyFans account information

The Extension may access or process:

• OnlyFans information needed to verify that you are logged in as a creator;
• OnlyFans creator profile information, when returned by OnlyFans in order to display it in the extension dashboard;
• OnlyFans vault metadata and media URLs needed to display and download vault content;
• OnlyFans chargeback-related information when needed to provide Extension functionality;
• Extension settings, license information, API credentials issued by our backend, and sync timestamps stored locally in Chrome extension storage.

How We Use Information

We use information only to operate, maintain, support, and improve Vault Downloader, including to:

• authenticate requests to OnlyFans from your browser session;
• verify that you are logged in as an eligible creator;
• display vault content that your creator account can access;
• download selected vault content at your request;
• process purchases and issue or validate licenses;
• initialize Extension services;
• provide customer support;
• maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website, Extension, and backend services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data.

We may share limited data only with:

• our backend services, to validate licenses, initialize Extension functionality, sign required requests, operate sync features, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the service;
• payment processors, to process purchases and manage transactions;
• analytics or diagnostic providers, if used, to understand website or service usage and address technical issues;
• OnlyFans, when the Extension makes authenticated requests from your browser session to provide the requested features.

We do not share user data with advertising networks, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Local Storage

The Extension stores some data locally in Chrome extension storage, including settings, license-related data, service credentials, and sync timestamps. This local storage is used to operate the Extension and reduce repeated setup or sync work.

Security

Sensitive session proof and selected payloads may be encrypted before transmission where required by the Extension. Network requests are made over HTTPS endpoints. You should use the Extension only on a trusted device and Chrome profile.

You can remove locally stored Extension data by uninstalling the Extension or clearing the Extension's storage in Chrome.
